Bill Price, senior vice president and general counsel, has over 23 years of broad corporate, legal and operating experience.
Most recently, Bill was senior vice president and assistant general counsel at AT&T, where he managed the enterprise sales legal team, which was responsible for closing approximately $40 billion in annual revenues. Prior to AT&T, Bill served ten years as general counsel and secretary of USi, the original and leading cloud-computing and software-as-a-service company. He began his career working for over ten years with law firms in New York and Maryland, representing corporations and individuals in multi-million dollar transactions and litigation.
Bill earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Lawrence University and a law degree from Syracuse University.
