Mike Beck, senior vice president and general manager of Managed Services, is an accomplished IT leader with over 30 years of global experience in the design and delivery of IT infrastructure and applications services.
Most recently, Mike was senior vice president, On Demand global delivery and operations at Oracle. Mike was responsible for all areas of service delivery to the Oracle On Demand client base, as well as the creation of new services delivered within the On Demand framework. At Oracle, Mike rebuilt the Oracle On Demand operational service capability with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Prior to Oracle, Mike helped build HP’s outsourcing business as vice president, managed services global operations, with responsibility for HP’s global infrastructure operations, solution design and strategy. Early during his tenure at HP, Mike was president and CEO of a joint venture between HP and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in Toronto.
Mike has held several international leadership positions with EDS in Mexico and South Korea. Mike also ran a subsidiary company for EDS based in Boulder, Colo.
