By working with SunGard, Cycle30 is able to simplify its overall IT infrastructure and quickly deliver cloud-based, order-to-cash services that integrate ordering, provisioning, billing and back-office revenue systems.
Cycle30 is utilizing SunGard’s Enterprise Cloud Services and a dedicated hosted environment to securely deliver scalable and reliable billing services to its customers. The SunGard offering includes both cloud-based and dedicated managed environments with high levels of availability and security. The solution is managed out of SunGard datacenters in Colorado and Pennsylvania, with a failover site in Arizona.
