Sungard AS will continue to abide by the Safe Harbor principles. The information we collect may also be transferred to Sungard AS in the United States. In the United States, Sungard AS has self-certified to the US-EU Safe Harbor Program, as agreed upon by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission.
