News: Dublin Workplace Recovery Centre Expansion

January 8, 2018

Sungard Availability Services' newly-expanded Workplace Recovery Centre in Dublin has opened its doors to customers, providing new, eagerly-awaited shared and dedicated Workplace suites.

The reconfigured ISO 27001-certified facility in Park West Business Park, Dublin offers one 60-seat shared workplace suite, a 20-seat shared workplace suite and a 10-seat dedicated workplace suite. Sungard AS experienced high demand and has already signed its anchor customer, a major name in the banking industry.

The new facility enables Sungard AS Ireland to offer the full range of Workplace Recovery services to Ireland's businesses wanting the reassurance of an alternative workplace, enabling them to get back in business fast. Sungard AS' resilient Dublin site is equipped with everything people need to get on with the job at hand from networked PCs, familiar applications and high-speed internet connectivity to phones, desks, seating and a kitchen and break room.

The expansion is part of Sungard AS' commitment to ongoing investment in its workplace recovery facilities. It comes as the company is investing more than £1 million in a major monitor refresh programme that will see the rollout of state-of-the-art flat screens and dual-screen working to UK Sungard AS sites.
