Over a third of travellers (34%) would not book with an airline again if they’ve experienced a major, non-weather related issue that severely altered their travel plans.

That should be a wake up call for every airline. Airline computer outages, network outages and other IT issues cause thousands of flights each year to be delayed or cancelled.

These incidents tarnish airlines’ reputations, leave customers fuming on social media and could ultimately affect airlines’ revenue as well.
