Having won several government contracts during 2015, Sungard Availability Services’ Secure Cloud Services customers will now benefit from a dedicated support desk with a team of specialists providing expert technical support around the clock from our London (LTC) and Birmingham (TC5) data centres.

Until now, government cloud customers have been expertly supported by three experienced technicians in our general Data Centre Operations team, but with the planned growth in G-Cloud business this year, the team size will almost triple to eight. This will allow us to maintain the high service levels all Sungard AS customers rightly expect.
